Once you’ve chosen a Marquee or Party tent we can help with all the extra details as well. The Party tent or marquee is a blank canvas that you can use to create a bespoke space for the perfect party.

There’s a range of tables, chairs, flooring, lights and heating, add table linen, drapes, roof linings, festoon lighting and chandeliers, giving distinction for those extra special events. When you really want to get the party rocking disco balls, led lighting, dance floors, stages and sound systems are available.

Whether you’re creating a spectacular event or just need something simple for your gathering we do our best to provide exactly what you need at a price you can afford.

Furniture hire

We aim to provide you with as much choice as possible to decorate your Marquee, below are just a few suggestions. Please get in touch if you have some ideas of your own!

At the simple end of our range are the budget friendly, white plastic bistro chairs. Lightweight, durable and an excellent addition to any event. Our popular 6ft x 2.6ft Wooden Trestle tables are strong, sturdy and stylish.

Vintage style wooden fold up chairs, wooden fold up tables and funky pallet bars are a great option for the traditional rustic look. If you’re looking to make more of a statement with your marquee decoration we can also provide elegant Limewash Chiavari banquet chairs with 5ft 6” Round Banqueting Tables.

We also have Furniture hire options on Buffet Tables, Wooden flooring, Carpets, Sofas, Dance floors and much more, thanks to our many contacts and in house workshop we can usually create a bespoke package for your needs.

Lighting hire

If you’re planning for your event to continue in to the night. You’re going to need some sort of lighting and there are dozens of options to help you illuminate your event!

Simple Globe lighting, Spot Lights or Uplighters will provide effective light to keep the party going in to the moonlit hours. Fairy Lights and Multi Coloured LED Lighting always add magic to any special party. If you really want to impress we can light up surrounding trees and shrubs, install Festoon lighting and have gorgeous glass chandeliers suspended from the marquee ceiling.

All our lighting is regularly PAT tested and prices below include safe installation by an experienced member of our team. Other options including Generators and Heaters are available on request.

Disco Hire

For when you really want to get the crowd rocking we have a large range of sound hire equipment to choose from. Dancefloors, Staging, Lighting Rigs with Disco Balls, Smoke Machines and much more.

For a simple kids parties or family get togethers we can provide you with a small music player to plug your own Laptop or iPod in and take control of the music yourself! If your looking to take things up a level for live music performances we can supply a P.A sound system with monitor speakers, Microphone Stands, Stage and spot lights.

If it’s a wedding DJ, Festival or clubland experience you’re after we can supply Dj Booths, Dancefloors, led and laser light shows as well as the very best sound systems on the market. Providing music for your event really is one of our strengths, with over 25 years experience in the industry we also have plenty of contacts for Live bands, Djs and other equipment.

We have previously supplied Marquees and equipment for a number of festivals including, Daxtonbury, Green Meadow and The Bedford River Festival Dance stage.
